What temperature I should use to store antibody?
Serum can be stored at –80o C for several years. Lyophilized powder can be stored for at least 10 years. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles can denature protein and thus we recommend aliquotting the serum into smaller volumes suitable for single used before freezing.
